At Fit From the Core™, we offer One-On-One* Training in the following:

Rates for Personal Fitness Training*
- $64 / session - $960 for 15 Sessions package (3 x per week)
- $69 / session - $690 for 10 sessions package ( 2 x per week)
- $73 / session - $365 for 5 sessions package
- $75 / session - single sessions
Pairs Training
- $45 / session - $450 for 10 session package (2 x per week)
- $50 / session - $250 for 5 session package
- $55 / session - single sessions
Workout Rates (Unsupervised access to strength and cardio equipment for current Pilates or Personal training clients)
- $35 / month with one or more personal training sessions per week
- $59 / month with one or more Personal Training or Pilates sessions per month
You may request to work with any of our skilled and experienced Personal Trainers here at the Core. Each of them is highly qualified both in their specific practices and in strength and cardiovascular training. As a result, you may work with a trainer within a variety of fitness methods and practices. For example, you may request personal sessions with a combination of Pilates and strength training to help you improve in a particular sport or activity, and we'll provide the right trainer for you.
All of our professional trainers will work with you based on your individual needs, specific goals, and personal concerns. The training, guidance, and support that's offered at the Core is not limited to the personal training sessions listed above.
